‘Dance of 24 Solar Terms’ staged in Changsha

The ethnic dance drama “Dance of 24 Solar Terms” featuring 33 Miao intangible cultural heritage projects was performed at the Meixihu International Culture & Arts Centre Grand Theatre in Changsha City on the afternoon of November 13, which is one of the programs for the 8^th Hunan Arts Festival.

It took 2 years to create this drama, which vividly showcases the inclusive and diversified Chinese civilization by telling epic stories of the Miao ethnic group. 12 representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in Xiangxi Prefecture participated in the creation and performance.
